RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At StoreJockey.com we takes utmost care in packing and shipping our products so that the buyers receives the product as per the specification provided. In addition to that we also believe in providing the best shopping experience to all our buyers. while protecting the Buyers as well as Vendors selling these products. A
In order to facilitate this, StoreJockey.com provides for a return, refund and cancellation policy that addresses the issues.
Home Décor Gift Items, Office Décor Gift Items , Toys, Statues, Figurines, Paintings & other perishable / consumable items cannot be returned in case the Buyer is just not happy with the Product, since the same cannot be resold.
Products, sold as combo packs or sets, cannot be returned as individual items.
For branded items, the repair and replacement policy of the relevant brand will be applicable.
The Buyer can raise a return request only if the Product at the time of Delivery is
- Defective / Damaged
- Not as per the Specification provided
We aren’t responsible for any accidental damage caused to the products after the Delivery is made unless you show us an unboxing video starting from opening the seal of the packet .
So we strongly recommend to Unpack your Products immediately at the time of Delivery and make a unboxing video starting from opening the seal of the packet and whatsapp at +919953805788 to us , in case of any Defects / Damage . The images / videos of the damaged, defective or different products immediately after delivery are essential to establish and defend the claim of the Buyer.
In any case the refund request need to be raised within 1 day of the delivery by sending an email at email@example.com or whatsapp at +91-9953805788 along with the Order number and the problem details .
StoreJockey.com have the sole discretion to assess each case on its own, separately. Once the return request is as per the accepted guidelines of return policy and is accepted on email , the Buyer would be required to courier the Product along with the bills and the labels to the address as provided in the ‘Return’ section of the Website.
The Buyer should take a print of the Return Request Slip and provide the same to the courier agent . In the event the shipment is not delivered to StoreJockey.com or the shipment is empty, the responsibility shall be on the Buyer to prove by submitting a copy of the Proof of Delivery received from the courier service provider to establish the claim of return of the Product.
On receipt of the returned Product, as per the terms of the Return Policy, StoreJockey.com will process and issue cashback to the Buyer. The Cashback available to the Buyer can be utilized in part or fully to make any future purchases from the Website. The Cashback shall be equivalent to the amount paid for the Product, minus the Charges and Taxes, as indicated on the invoice. The validity of the Cashback is only for 30 days from acceptance of Return/Cancellation.
Cancellation Policy : The Buyer may cancel the Transaction within 24 Hours of placing the Order. StoreJockey.com will accept cancellation only when the Buyer within the timelines has made the cancellation request. In order to cancel an Order, the Buyer is required to make a cancellation request by sending a Whatsapp on the +919953805788 or by writing an e-mail to info@StoreJockey.com . StoreJockey.com reserves the right to levy and deduct cancellation charges of upto 20% of the actual sales price per order as cancellation fee toward administrative and other expenses depending on the case. On acceptance of the Cancellation StoreJockey.com will process and issue cashback to the Buyer.
